Positive Reviews

positive:

Beautiful, idyllic location

Many guests felt that Ayada Maldives is a truly beautiful location. Set on it's own island surrounded by shallow turquoise water inhabited by a multitude of colourful fish, you're guaranteed to feel like you're in paradise.

positive:

Friendly staff make you part of the family

Guests felt that they were treat like royalty by staff, who regularly go over and above to ensure that you have a fantastic time during your stay at the hotel.

positive:

Amazing breakfast

The breakfast at this hotel is said to be to die for - a buffet of a variety of hot and cold dishes that will really tickle your taste buds. Many guests reported it was the best breakfast they'd ever sampled!

Negative Reviews

negative:

Expensive shop and no alternatives

Some guests have commented that the onsite shop is very expensive. Because there is no real alternative (unless guests fancy visiting another island for their shopping!), it seems that the shop can charge over the odds. Guests are strongly encouraged to ensure they take with them plenty of sun cream and toiletries.

negative:

Long journey

Some guests were unprepared as to how long it would take them to travel to the hotel, with nearly an hours boat ride to get to the island. Those who do get seasick may wish to take some remedies with them in case the sea is at all choppy.

negative:

Needs more to do at night

A handful of guests did advise that although the hotel has charm in abundance, it's lacking atmosphere - especially at night. Although these guests weren't anticipating partying until dawn, they were expecting some live music or entertainment but this wasn't the case.
