Hotel Avenida Park (Lisbon, Portugal)

Next to a park and in the centre of Lisbon, Avenida Park was well located for most guests. They appreciated the shops and restaurants in the area and the  convenience of the many nearby public transportation links. Concerts in the adjacent Edward VII park contributed to the experience.

Clean and comfortable en-suite rooms with plenty of hot water, decent breakfast and affordable charges fit the bill for most guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi and parking outside the hotel were additional bonuses. What more do you need, asked some guests while others said they would definitely recommend Avenida Park to friends.

Most guests found the staff friendly, efficient and helpful. They appreciated information on what to see and do in Lisbon and recommendations on place to eat.

Some guests complained about thin walls and the sounds from neighbouring rooms. Others were disturbed by traffic noises.

Although most guests were satisfied with the accommodations at Avenida Park, a few felt that the hotel could use some updating while others described the rooms as drab. The size of the rooms was also a problem for a number of guests who said they felt cramped and complained that there was very little closet space.

While many guests described the staff as polite and friendly, there were several negative comments about impolite, weird and surly behaviour from the front desk staff.
