About Auld Creamery

Auld Creamery is a very well situated bed and breakfast in the South of Ayrshire near Girvan and the river Duisk. The four rooms with views offer free Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, a TV, shared bathrooms (apart from the double room which has an en suite) and washing facilities in a laundry room. The bed and breakfast offers free parking to the rear, a full continental and cooked breakfast menu and a sauna for guests to relax in. Auld Creamery does not offer dinner as an option however guests can walk into Girvan and try such restaurants as Beulahs Bar and restaurant, Yasmins Indian or the Harbourhead for fish and chips. Many visitors come to Girvan for its history and to also see the beautiful landscape which includes the Isle of Arran. There are lots of walking trails, beaches and Ailsa Craig to visit as well as being close to Ayr which is nineteen miles away.

Fab facilities to use

The bed and breakfast has a large lounge to relax in, a back garden with views of the mountains, a kitchen which can be used by guests and a veranda. Many reviews explain how fantastic it is and they will without doubt return again in the future.

The house dates back to 18th century and gold all of its original features. Previous guests explain how lovely the decor and furniture is and how well maintained the building is

Cats walking around the dining room

The owners of the bed and breakfast have cats and reviews say they walk around the house as well as the dining room whilst people are eating. Some people may have allergies so this needs to be taken into consideration before staying.

Small rooms compared to other places

In comparison to other hotels guests have said the rooms are fairly small however also state its good value for money. There are single, twin and double rooms, the double being the biggest with its own bathroom and jacuzzi.

Outside the entrance to the residence there is a busy road. Some of the rooms look out onto this road and this causes noise keeping guests awake at night.
