The Auberge du val is a small country inn set in a small valley in the middle of the Island of Guernsey. A converted 150 year old farmhouse inn and restaurant set in its own 3 acres of beautiful gardens, trout stream and woodland. Its location is quite unique with an appeal to country lovers and people seeking to be close to nature. Saying this, regular bus service available just outside the front door for the hustle and bustle of St.Peter Port! Our restaurant has become well known with the locals. It is in our nature to work with the best ingredients possible, including locally caught seafood, wild, organic meats and vegetables. We aim to deliver a menu that is wholesome, honest, well seasoned and most of all enjoyable!
