The hotel & restaurant L'Allagnonette , located in the calm village of St-Poncy, was opened in 1996. At the beginning, its young owners oversaw just a 30-seater restaurant, but now accommodation is provided in 7 very comfortable rooms, able to accommodate up to 4 or 5 persons, all equipped with television, telephone, bathroom and WC. The dining room can now cater for up to 75 guests. A recently-opened seminar room in an outbuilding adds to the offer. Our vast, shaded grounds are loved by young and old alike. The chef's specialities include: Cantal cheese tart, pounti (oven-baked vegetable and pork dish), truffade (potato, cheese and ham purée), frogs' legs in crisp pastry.The AUBERGE DE L'ALLAGNONETTE is a hotel.
