The building is within ten-minutes walk of Warszawa Centralna train station. Local restaurants and bars are also within walking distance.

Guests described the rates as affordable and the accommodations as well presented with simple yet modern furnishings. Some rooms may be a little on the small side but what they lack in size they make up for in terms of the cosy atmosphere. The windows also let in natural light and offer views of the city.

While the building has no reception desk, the staff can be contacted by phone. Guests described the staff as very friendly, helpful and easy to reach by phone. Prior to arrival you can also expect to be given the entry code to the building for easy access.

Guests reported that some of the rooms do not have curtains on the windows. Privacy is not an issue in the attic rooms where the windows are slanted and face the sky, however the sun can come in strongly in the morning and may wake you earlier than you'd like.

The building does not have a lift service and there are four flights of stairs to reach the rooms, which may prove to be difficult for guests with heavy luggage or those with mobility issues.

Some of the rooms offered a shared bathroom and guests reported that at times the cleaning of the shared facilities could be improved. Other rooms offer a private bathroom, however guests questioned how private they really are as some of them have a curtain instead of a door.
