The property offers spacious apartments just 50 m from S'Alga beach and 500 m across the small footbridge from the long sandy beach of Santa Eulalia del Rio. Situated in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Santa Eulalia del Rio and the Marina (2 km aprox): bars/restaurants/supermarkets/souvenirs/shops /medical centre/pharmacy. The complex has a garden around a pool with a children's end, sun terrace, sun beds and sunshades. Reception with: play room (pool table, etc.), public Internet access (extra charge). Toilet with shower for late check out. Reception open from 09:00 to 14:00. The day of arrival guest will find a note on the reception's door with the number of the apartment. The apartment will be open and the key inside on the table. Only 17 apartments, with individual entrance. All apartments have: ground floor: entrance, living/dining room with a sofa/bed (ceiling fan in the lounge), kitchen, toilet, private terrace with access to the garden and swimming pool.
