The hotel itself is modern and well-kept. The apartments are beautifully decorated whilst still being very comfortable and perfectly equipped for a self-catering guests. The courtyard garden offers you a peaceful setting to relax and unwind with the added benefits of the BBQ.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers are prompt and they wil happily take you anywhere you need to go, they will also offer advice on where to go and the best ways to get there. The reception staff make you feel very welcome, nothing is too much trouble.
Some of the apartments only have a bath in the private bathroom. This can be an issue for larger groups of guests and for those who want to have a shower. The towels are only replaced every three days.
During the booking phase some guests have reported that they hasd a difficult time communicating with the staff at the apartments. The staff sometimes take a few weeks to get back to your enquiries.
