The condominium is set within it's own attractive grounds in Kihei where there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around. There are also beaches is nearby. The price for the size, locations and facilities within each apartment is very budget-friendly.
The staff are excellent and very friendly. They include a knowledgeable tour operator who is on hand to arrange trips and activities, such as snorkeling and scuba diving.
Even the smaller rooms are incredibly spacious with plenty of seating and a balcony. They are kept very clean by the housekeeping staff and the kitchen area is well equipped.
One draw-back of the spacious rooms is that due to the high ceilings, the air conditioning units don't always manage to fully cool down the space. The units can also be very noisy when running. Many found that despite having the air con on, areas within their accommodation remained hot and uncomfortably humid.
Those wanting to party might find this resort a little on the quiet side. Obviously for those who relish some tranquility, this is a plus point. The lack of an on-site restaurant is disappointing to some, however, this is reflected in the room rate and there are a number of eateries only a short distance away.
The interior is rather tired and requires remodeling and updating. Insulation from exterior noise could also be improved. However, there are plans to renovate in the near future which may resolve these minor issues.
