Art Deco Central Rooms is located on Petra Doroshenka street, whose history begins back in 1470. The building № 22, where the mini-hotel is located, was constructed in 1927 in the traditional forms of Art Nouveau and Art Deco. The corresponding project for construction was developed back in 1925 by architect Solomon Keil referring to the Bernard Tyne’s order.
