Positive Reviews

positive:

Friendly staff.

The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. The staff will happily help you with your luggage and they can arrange car rentals for you. The reception staff offer great advice on local restaurants and tourists attractions to visit. Nothing is too much trouble.

positive:

Convenient location.

The hotel is situated a short walk from Omonia Square where you can catch the local metro to travel around the city. The taxi's are cheap in the area and there are some lovely bars and restaurants a short walk away.

positive:

Clean Rooms.

The hotel cleaning staff do a fantastic job at cleaning the guest rooms and private bathrooms, as well as the common areas of the hotel. The staff work quickly and discretely each day to ensure that you get back to a freshly cleaned room.

Negative Reviews

negative:

Basic breakfast.

Guests have reported that they were not very satisfied with the buffet-breakfast. The eggs and meats were cold and the coffee was not fresh. There was very little variety in the way of fresh fruits and pastries available.

negative:

Unattractive neighbourhood.

The hotel is located in a seedy part of town. There tend to be people loitering in the street outside th hotel well into the night which can make the area feel quite unsafe, especially for single travellers. The street is sometimes dirty.

negative:

Outdated facilities.

The general hotel decor is outdated and the furniture is old. Guests have reported that the towels and linens are stained and that the mattresses are old and of poor quality. The air-conditioning units are outdated and inefficient.
