Fabulous decor

The Hotel is decorated to a very high standard with modern designer art, luxury fabrics, and bright colours. Fabrics are giving guests a special treat whilst they stay.

Many reviews mention the Nespresso machine in the rooms which is something not found very often. The coffee is perfect temperature to drink every time and tastes great.

Ideal location for the west end and shopping

Hyde Park is a perfect location for travellers looking to get around London either by foot, car or tube. As well as shopping in Oxford street and the seeing the sights, guests can enjoy theatre productions in the West end which which is a 20 minute walk away or there are many taxi's available.

Noisy from others rooms and toilets flushing

Previous guests have explained they heard a great deal of noise from other people staying in the Hotel, talking, toilets flushing and music. The walls appear quite thin.

Breakfast only continental, have to pay for cooked

The breakfast is included which has great reviews, very tasty, however if you require more than continental you must pay additionally, as well as for eggs benedict.

Musty smell in the rooms and no mini bar or fridge

Guests have mentioned when they have arrived, the corridor and rooms smell musty, almost damp. This dissapears after a while. There is also lack of a fridge or minibar in the rooms, however reviews mention there are many snacks on offer free of charge in the hotel.
