Luxury is felt in every detail of these high-quality city central apartments. Guests were very impressed with the stylish Beaux-Arts décor, and how new everything looked. Each room is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The beds are heavenly. You’ll find that hotel management has thought of nearly everything and there are many little surprises to be found throughout.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Berlin, just steps from Potsdamer Platz. Guests say you can find plenty of great restaurants, cafes and bars in the area, and shopping at Kurfurstendamm & Fredrichstrasse are only a short stroll away. A supermarket is conveniently only one block away. You will be able to reach many city sights on foot or via the city’s excellent public transportation system.
Visitors appreciated the convenience of onsite parking, provided for a small fee, and the guest bike rental service.
There are no air conditioners in the apartments, just a central ventilation system. Unfortunately, this makes the apartments quite hot and stuffy in the summer. While fans are provided, guests say they don’t help very much.
Guests found the Wi-Fi system very annoying, as your device disconnects from the network each time it leaves the building. You’ll have to remember to log in again upon arrival.
Guests found it a bit annoying that there are lots of convenient amenities in the rooms but not all of them are complimentary. The hotel provides you with bathrobes, a bottle of wine, and even Nespresso capsules, but there is an extra charge to use each one.
