The staff members at April Suites were generally thought to be lovely, friendly and had great English. Those who ate in said the food was great and especially thought the cooked-to-order Western-style breakfasts were of a decent quality given the price.
Those who stayed here said the rooftop has great views, and also has a small pool to cool down in — in addition to the on-site gym. On top of this, the value for money here is said to be good; with rooms proving to be fantastically clean, spacious and modern, and quiet, since as it is not on the main roads.
According to reviews, you will find Pattaya Beach to be within easy walking distance, and guests found plenty of dining spots and the night market nearby, if you feel like eating out. Bars and clubs are also close enough to head to by foot.
Some guests who stayed here were moved to another hotel, with the March Hotel being disapprovingly mentioned particularly often due the apparent building works taking place nearby. Some of those who were switched were not happy with the staff who did this, who they thought were unprofessional and impolite in forcing the move.
A few of those who stayed at April Suites found the access via an allegedly dirty alleyway to be less than satisfactory, and furthermore thought this was hard to find. In addition, a handful of guests found the beds firm and even too hard.
