Hotel Apple Tree Inn (Spokane, USA)

The rooms were found to be clean and spacious, the furnishings were casual and simple, and for the price it was worth it for some guests. They found the price to be good and would stay here again for the amenities.

Many guests enjoyed the fact the motel offers a free continental breakfast which had a good choice and nice hot coffee. For the price, it was good to have the breakfast for free.

Many guests who traveled with their family enjoyed having the space available for them as there were studio options with two or three bedrooms. The rooms allowed them to feel comfortable and at ease, while having privacy.

Some guests felt the facilities were in need of a renewal, since the kitchens were not fully equipped and the faucets or other small details did not work. The mattresses felt very much used and the air conditioning did not work properly. These small details made the stay difficult on some.

Even though some guests specified a non-smoking room, they could clearly smell the smoke coming from inside and that penetrated the bed sheets. The motel tried to hide the smells with deodorants which did not do much.

The rooms next door could be heard by some guests who were kept awake all night if the TV was left on or if they would be awake until late at night. The walls were said to be too thin and that even normal noises were heard.
