The area surrounding this hotel is full of fun and exciting things to see and do, and as an added bonus, most things are within walking distance and anything farther away is easily-accessible via bus and metro routes that are nearby. Despite this central location, the neighbourhood is fairly quiet and safe.
Staff members at this hotel are wonderful. Guests reported that they are always friendly, they try their best to accommodate all special requests and they are helpful and willing to assist with any issues no matter what time of the day or night it is.
Guests reported that the daily breakfast exceeded their expectations with the seemingly endless amount of top-quality items to choose from. Everything is delicious, healthy and expertly-prepared.
Guests reported that not only are the rooms very small, they are unclean with a number of issues. There have been reports of showers not draining properly, dirty walls, uncomfortable beds, a lack of air-conditioning and lots of dust.
Although the hotel advertises having Wi-Fi internet service throughout the hotel, it rarely works, is sometimes gone for days at a time and when it does work, it's slow and disconnects frequently.
Guests reported that the walls in the guest rooms are not soundproof because they could hear every sound inside and outside the hotel including the sound of people snoring in nearby rooms, people talking in the corridor and guests coming in and out of the hotel at all hours of the day and night.
