Location of the hotel is great. There is a two to three minute walk to the red line metro station called Metaxourgeio. The city centre is not far, but the hotel area is quiet. It's pretty much close to everything like all the important sights, the market, and transportation. Be sure to check-out the hotel's rooftop bar, it has a fabulous Acropolis view.
Many hotels have small bathrooms that make you feel cramped. You can hardly take a shower in them! This hotel is different. The bathroom is a nice size and the shower always has hot water and a great flow
The Internet is quite bad. Asking the front desk for assistance won't be of much help as the problem is over the entire hotel.
The elevator seems to have a mind of its own. First, it closes rather quickly. So, once it's open you'd better make a go for it. Second, it's small and can only accommodate about three people. If you have an infant and use a stroller, it could get tricky. Third, the elevator is known to not open the door at your chosen floor. You eventually have to go back to where you started from and try it all over again.
You may find the rooms appear to have a shortage of plugs. Some visitors have had to unplug the TV in order to charge their devices.
