Most of the guests find the staff members professional, helpful and responsible. Some of the guests who have gone a bit overboard with their partying have found the staff a bit intrusive. This is because the staff members are being responsible and ensuring that the partying doesn’t go out of hand. There is a very young crowd in this apartment block, and while most of the time people behave responsibly, the partying can sometimes get out of hand, requiring the staff to step in.
One of the great plus points about this hotel is that it is spacious and not at all cramped or confining, which is much appreciated.
This is a clean apartment complex – the public areas, especially the pool area where most of the action takes place, is cleaned daily. However, some of the rooms are cleaned daily and others are not. Some guests spoke of being woken up by cleaners in the morning, while sleeping after a wild night out. Others complained that their rooms weren’t swept for a week.
The hotel/complex is built on a hill, which can be a tedious walk after a night out, dancing and drinking.
