Noise is definitely a problem when staying at this hotel. With the thin walls and lack of soundproofing, you will be able to hear a lot of what goes on around you, which can be a pretty big pain.

Even though most of the rooms come with air conditioning, you might not be able to use yours. The units are very iffy and don't always work that well.
