The villas are one km away from Puerto Rico Beach, which is why some guests prefer to enjoy water and sun at the local pool. Not having any fans or air conditioning in the rooms can be a major inconvenience in such a hot country. Guests who have troubles adapting to high temperatures should particularly be cautious, since the villas might feel quite uncomfortable from this perspective.

Great premises overlooking the Atlantic Ocean sounds tempting, but not for everyone. Some guests complain of how tiring it feels to arrive at the hotel by foot after a long day and having to literally climb a hill. Those who suffer from vertigo or who are a bit older aren't very thrilled of staying on top of the hills either.

Staying so close to Europa shopping complex sets the premises up for some noisy nights. The selection of over 150 bars and restaurants keeps many party people up until late hours - their cheerfulness often pierces its way through the little and otherwise quiet villas.
