Hotel Apa Shintomicho-Ekimae (Tokyo, Japan)

There were guests who were happy to find a brand new and modern hotel that offered them clean and bright rooms and surroundings. The furnishings and amenities were minimalistic and sufficient for most.

The rooms are found to be very tidy and clean overall which was a nice thing to experience. The facilities are also found to be modern and clean which was a bonus. Guests were happy to stay in clean accommodations. The showers turn off after a ten-minute shower.

Guests were mostly satisfied with having the hotel be close to various public transportation stops and also being in the centre of the city. The fish market is also nearby, as well as restaurants, and the stations can take people to the various attractions within minutes.

Some guests found the beds and pillows to be too soft for their liking. They woke up with aches and pains and many were happy they only stayed overnight. To have to wake up in pain because of uncomfortable mattresses is really difficult.

Some guests would have like the staff members to speak a little more English. It would have been a lot easier for them to communicate with each other and maybe enjoy their stay more.

Most guests complained they found the rooms to be too small for their comfort. The doors would block the passages and guests couldn't walk in their rooms with ease. They would have liked to have booked more space or for there to be more space. Families and couple found it very difficult.
