The Namba train station is a short walk away and other subway stations are not too far, which is convenient for guests to tour the city. The shopping strips of Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi are about seven minutes from the hotel.

Staff is courteous and helpful. The members know English, which comes in very handy for guests travelling from abroad. They assist guests in calling for cabs. Guests also appreciate that they could leave their luggage at the hotel after Check-out and spend time out until their flight.

Rooms are modern and well lit. Guests say the mirror placement and desk are a convenience. The lights by the headboard facilitate reading in bed before retiring.

The rooms are very cramped even by Japanese standards and guests say they are suited only for solo travellers. Accommodating a couple or family is hard due to the space constraint.
