Hotel Apa Kodemmacho-Ekimae (Tokyo, Japan)

Many guests were happy to have the hotel close to various metro and train station lines to get around the city fairly easily. The area is said to be quiet and safe with various restaurants nearby.

Guests felt the price paid for their rooms was overall a good deal given they were in the middle of the city. The prices are found to be a good deal since rooms are clean and have air-conditioning. All in all good accommodations that met the basics.

Some guests felt the staff members could have done some effort in speaking English, but they also thought the staff to be friendly overall, as they tried their best to accommodate guests. Guests felt this was not such a problem and were happy with the customer service.

The breakfast offered to guests each day did not change at all, and some guests were bored after a couple of days of eating the same thing for breakfast. They would have enjoyed more variety into the meal.

Some guests were annoyed they had to book a smoking room even though they were non-smokers. Some booked non-smoking rooms and had a strong smoke smell coming from the rooms. They were a bit annoyed by the smells that lingered.

Some guests found the room size to be too small for what they're used to. Some even thought the single and double rooms to be exactly the same size. The double room having even less space given the extra bed, yet at a higher price. Some guests found that if they opened their luggage they had no room to walk around.
