The staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you and fulfil any requests that you may have. They are also very knowledgeable about the local area and they are always more than happy to give you advice and information on what there is to see and to do in the area.
As the owner of the resort is a Muslim there isn't any alcohol served here at all, all food is halal and pork is also not served, however they do allow you to bring your own drinks and there is a small shop just five minutes down the road where you can buy alcoholic drinks.
Guests who have mobility issues and general problems in getting around may find it a struggle to walk up and down the flights of stairs, especially carrying heavy luggage, as there are no lifts available.
The rooms are not cleaned as thoroughly as you would expect with dust on furniture and dirty floors and bathrooms even containing rubbish left by previous room occupants.
