The accommodation is located in a convenient position within walking distance of restaurants and close to downtown and the ferry service. Guest have been impressed with the indoor pool area and feel that the hotel represents excellent value for money. Americas Best Value Inn St Ignace is recommended for those traveling on a budget who want a clean, comfortable room to stay.

The majority of past guests have praised the hotel for offering very clean rooms with plenty of towels for their stay. Staff have been friendly on arrival and throughout the stay with many guests feeling that they truly go the extra mile to ensure that their stay is enjoyable.

The continental breakfast on offer has many choices and the food is all to an excellent standard, according to guest reviews.

The lobby closes before midnight so there apparently isn't anywhere to eat or drink late at night on-site. There doesn't seem to be many other eateries in the immediate vicinity open at this time either. That said, there is a front desk attendant available 24 hours a day and staff are also available at the sister property nearby.

There are mixed reviews of the beds in the rooms with some guests stating that they are super comfortable whilst others have said that they are far too hard. Perhaps this is a matter of personal preference.

This is an older property that in places really shows its age, according to some guests. Much of the property has been refurbished but this seems to be an ongoing process. The televisions in many of the rooms are still tube televisions, though they reportedly do have cable services.
