The Ambiance Suites are a good choice for a restful night sleep. Not only were there many favorable comments about the size of the rooms but the beds themselves are extremely comfortable. .

A wonderful location

This hotel is perfectly located for those who want to shop till they drop or explore Cancun. There is a large shopping mall close by and the hotel is well served by local buses. Alternatively, if your idea of a perfect holiday is lounging on the beach they are a short distance away by car or bus. .

The staff are fluent in both Spanish and English and are noted to have a friendly and professional attitude, in particular the reception team.

Free breakfast is disappointing

Although the inclusive breakfast is described as continental it is in fact little more than coffee and toast. Many guests felt let down by the lack of choice and ended up paying for the full breakfast or venturing out to one of the nearby cafes. .

The hotel is situated on a busy road and the noise can be disruptive, especially at night. If you think this may be an issue it is recommended you ask for a room on the upper floors. Also the casino is located close to the pool and the noise of the air conditioning can clearly by heard when trying to relax by the pool. .
