Positive Reviews

positive:

A vibrant, central location.

This area of Rome is ideal for tourism, and is packed with nearly limitless destinations for history buffs, fashion lovers, and hungry travellers. You can reach many of the area's landmarks on foot or with the use of local buses, and a major metro station is just minutes away.

positive:

Fantastic staff service.

The staff members consistently go beyond their expected duties to service your needs and address any concerns you have. They're available for a good portion of the day at the front desk post, can remedy most booking issues in minutes, and are always willing to give directions or suggestions for your itinerary.

positive:

Regularly cleaned.

The maids do an excellent job of attending to your room and cleaning everything from the bedding to the floors. They leave the room looking spotless upon your return, and any detailed instructions you leave for cleaning protocols will be followed precisely.

Negative Reviews

negative:

Mediocre breakfast fare.

Although the property is immersed in Rome's rich culture and surrounded by some excellent cafes, the breakfast they prepare in-house falls short of most expectations. The options are largely restricted to prepackaged pastries, coffee, and some assorted international side dishes.

negative:

Relatively small accommodations.

The rooms follow a common trend in urban Italy, which means that their dimensions may be shrunken significantly from what you've encountered in other travels. Be prepared for this size shortage, and don't plan to host any social gatherings in your quarters.

negative:

Sparse room styles.

Because the rooms are somewhat cramped, there are few extra furnishings included. A microwave and refrigerator are two of the most obvious absent features, but some rooms also lack a view of the streets, which can be disheartening in such a beautiful city.
