In fact, many tourist sites can be reached on foot. Of course, public transportation is not an issue in the area, and the rail station is only three minutes away. Furthermore, there is also a night bus to the airport that departs from nearby the hotel.

Guests enjoyed their stay at Alton, complimenting the comfortable rooms, that feature the basic essentials for a simple but satisfying stay. Especially, guests appreciated the strong air conditioning, and the complimentary, fast Wi-Fi. Reviewers also give a thumbs up to the hotel personnel, for being helpful and creating a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Before a long day of sightseeing, make sure to fill up at the complimentary breakfast, served daily. With a varied selection of both hot and cold dishes, guests said the tasty treat is worth waking up a little earlier for.

If you're a light sleeper, you may want to ask for a quiet room during your reservation, one facing away from the roads. Some guests didn't have any problem at all, but others complained about outside street noise. Of course, it's also a good idea to bring along some earplugs as well.
