Beaming out from the heart of the Portes du Soleil area, Hôtel Alpen Roc is steps away from ski lifts, as well as the town centre. One guest recommends that a brisk 5-minute walk to the Super Morzine cable car is the most efficient way to get to and from the hotel.
With their mouths either watering or full, guests enthuse that food at the Hôtel Alpen Roc is not only succulent and plentiful, but also comes in a deliciously wide and varied selection.
Perhaps owner Christophe should set-up a Facebook Fan Page, just so that guests may send him lengthy messages of love and appreciation. Though they universally rave about “Outstanding Service” at Hôtel Alpen Roc, the personal touch is clearly impressing increasingly returning guests.
The Hôtel Alpen Roc loves kids, so perhaps it wouldn't hurt if you did too. Some guests on a quest for ‘Me-Time' report that the noise caused by jubilant young guests enjoying themselves was, at times, simply too much.
