The menu offers a selection of Cretan and Greek cuisine and the meals are beautiful prepared and full of flavour. You can also enjoy a glass of wine from the wine menu or a drink at the bar. The service staff are friendly and hard-working.
The guest rooms are spacious and bright. The beds are very comfortable and a lot of thought has gone into decorating each room. The rooms are well-equipped for a holiday at the beach.
Some guests have reported that they were kept up at night due to the sounds of other guests and the restaurant music filtering up into their rooms. There are dogs on the property which often bark which can cause irritation to some guests.
The reception staff are not very flexible with their hours and so if you arrive early or late, the staff will not be there to help you, even if you requested and early check-in. In general it can sometimes be hard to find the hotel staff.
The private guest room bathrooms are quite small and not very functional. There is little space to move around and the water gets all over the floor when you shower. The towels are not changed often enough.
