Most guests thought the reasonable price for their stay to be a good one, given the rooms and hotel in general were found to be comfortable and clean, spacious and quiet. To them, it was important that these two basics be met and other luxuries were not necessary.
The hotel is off the centre of Berlin but it is also away from the city centre's traffic and commotion. Guests enjoyed a quieter area where the hotel is located and also enjoyed they could take public transportation into the centre without a hassle.
The breakfast did not leave a good impression on guests who were expecting a more varied and delicious option for their morning. Most opted to enjoy breakfast elsewhere and at the same time, spend less money.
The hotel does not have an elevator which is a miss for those guests who have heavy luggage. It is also not good for people with disabilities and in need of an elevator. People who need an elevator are advised to see if there are any first floor rooms or look elsewhere.
There is absolutely no Internet connection in the hotel. For those guests who were unaware of this and needed to use the Internet, it was a big disappointment. Some guests thought this amenity to be the norm nowadays and found it odd as well.
