Many guests say that the swimming area is well equipped and offers wonderful views of the sea and mountains.  Most find that there are always lounge chairs available and food and drinks are served at the bar all day. A few mention that the pool area is a cool and comfortable place to relax during evening hours.

Some guests feel that because the hotel sits on a hill, it is difficult to access for those who are not physically fit, especially since the coach drops passengers at the bottom of the hill, leaving guests to carry their own luggage uphill.  Most are quick to note that taxi service is available and vehicles can easily access the front of the building.

Several guests mention that staff is not always available at check-in and that a sign instructs guests to ring a bell for service. Others say that the while staff is slow to respond, someone does eventually help.

Many guests note that while front rooms have breath-taking views of the sea and mountains, some in the back do not. Most guests are quick to point out that views from the roof terrace and swimming area are open to everyone.
