Guests became agitated by the haphazardness of shuttles. The shuttle service runs at odd times and doesn’t suit everyone’s needs. In addition, if you were to stay out late, you will have to revert to other transport options as the shuttle operates for a limited time.
Although isolation and solitude is pleasant for a stay away, guests found it slightly inconvenient that the centre of Ubud was quite a distance away. This will make it fairly difficult to find your way there and back so ensure that you plan your commutes to the centre.
Many have had problems with the pool. Previous guests have specifically stressed that the pool is dirty, uninviting and not well-maintained. Although many suggested the pool be cleaner, others preferred if it were heated.
