The close proximity of the hotel from the train station was highly appreciated by the guests as they could reach the hotel in minutes. It made their journey smooth and less exhausting.

There are lot of restaurants and cafes in the close vicinity of the Hotel Al Walid that are open up till the late night which proved to be a boon for the guests who did not want to sleep early and wanted to party for extended hours.

Rude Staff Behaviour

There have been complaints by the guests regarding the staff inattentiveness and lack of care towards the guest problems pertaining to rooms and the service. Even the front desk was not much of a help in these cases.

There was only one hair dryer in the entire building which left the guests shocked and disappointed. Few guests found the size of the basic rooms to be small and moved to the upgraded rooms which were more spacious and had a living area.
