Most guests remarked that if you were leaving to catch an early flight or arriving from one late at night, this hotel's location is ideal because it's not far from the international airport.

A number of travelers enjoyed the free transportation to and from the airport. A few people also remarked that the shuttle usually runs on time, which is convenient.

Quite a few visitors said they liked the hotel price. They weren't expecting tons of amenities, according to most guests. With that in mind, many of them found the price to be in line with what they received.

Some guests claim that the hotel's appearance is outdated. They also mentioned that some of the amenities are a bit worn - such as old beds, broken TVs, fraying carpets, malfunctioning showers and in-room safes that didn't work. According to a number of guests, the hotel needs a good makeover.

There were guests who mentioned that particular areas of the hotel had some odd odors. They mentioned strong chlorine chemical smells in the pool area, rooms with a very strong smoke odor and some blankets had a mildew smell.

Some guests mentioned that their interaction, particularly with the front desk, was less than stellar. According to some visitors, they came off as impatient, unfriendly and more interested in chatting with each other than helping their customers. Unfortunately, critics say the restaurant staff didn't fare much better in the customer service department.
