While there are still some modern elements to the inn, such as television sets and air-conditioning equipment, there's an undeniable attempt to retain a lot of the island's culture in guest rooms and common areas such as the gardens. It makes for a unique and vibrant vacation setting.

While the sands of Legian Beach may be the area's most popular destination, there are a number of commercial and historical destinations to visit while in the area. Several temples, shopping outlets, and nightclubs can be found in the neighbouring streets, and most can be reached on foot.

The family-run nature of this inn lends itself to a welcoming and kind experience. The staff members do everything they can to ensure a pleasant stay for you, including arranging transportation to and from the airport as needed, or restocking amenities in a timely manner.

The rooms are far smaller than what you'd find at the majority of competing hotels, with just enough room to fit a bed, a wardrobe, and some appliances. There's little extra space for storing your luggage and enjoying mobility, so be warned, if you plan to bring a larger crowd.

The continental breakfast options here are more or less standard fare, involving prepackaged items as well as some made-to-order classics such as egg dishes and meats. If you're looking to get more of the local cuisine, consider stopping into a nearby cafe or restaurant.

There's constant and pervasive moisture in many of the guest rooms, and this is incredibly damaging to the walls, floors, and general safety of these spaces. Mould (and staining) has been found by numerous guests in their bedrooms or bathrooms, and should be addressed immediately.
