Guests found staff to be unfailingly friendly and professional. Everyone from the doormen to the cleaning staff took their job seriously, and were a treat to interact with. A warm greeting from the front desk personnel also didn't go unnoticed by many guests of Admiral Suites Bangkok.

Many staying at Admiral Suites Bangkok were thrilled with the value they received compared to a conventional hotel. They felt this hotel provided a good budget-conscious option with larger rooms and kitchen facilities, in a clean and comfortable environment. Added bonuses were consistent Wi-Fi, available parking, and all of the amenities of a bigger hotel for much less money.

Guests would choose this hotel again based on the location. With two sky train stops and a subway stop within walking distance, they loved that the rest of Bangkok was easy to access. Guests found that nightlife, restaurants, and two major shopping centres were at their doorstep, making travel around the city a straightforward endeavour.

While many guests were satisfied with their accommodation, some were disappointed with rooms that had seen better days. It seems not every room has hardwood floors as advertised, and rooms that didn't, sometimes had stained carpets or furniture with worn fabric. Some guests also felt that rooms were smaller than pictured on the hotel web site.

Most people don't visit Bangkok for peace and quiet, but a few guests mentioned that rooms facing the street could get noisy at night. Some recommended cranking up the air-conditioning to drown out the noise, or to bring earplugs just in case.

As with the rooms, some guests expected a better pool area, based on pictures from the hotel web site. Unfortunately, many were let down by a pool that was smaller than envisioned, and which lacked an adequate supply of sun beds.
