Guests found the restaurant, front desk, and cleaning staff to be very kind and responsive. The staff were welcoming and friendly and seemed to want to help the guests in whatever way they could.

Do not expect the cleanest room in the world. Guests found that the lavatory and the room were in desperate need of cleaning. The rooms can feel damp and look very dusty. Some guests have found the towels and linens in a deteriorated state or not washed.

The Wi-Fi in the hotel was not at all reliable. Many times it was not working or was a very poor connection.
