Guests couldn't say enough great things about the front desk staff at Accademia. Nothing was too much for them, from accommodating room changes, providing area information, and even calling a doctor. Guests were in good hands at this hotel.
Guests were pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included. A morning spread of hot and cold items was just the thing to start the day, including meats and cheeses, biscuits and jam, and breakfast staples like muffins and cereal. The breakfast got a thumbs up from most guests.

Some guests were less than happy with noisy rooms that faced the street, particularly when nightlife really got going on Friday and Saturday. One guest didn't think it was a coincidence that the pharmacy across the street sold three kinds of earplugs, and many guests recommended bringing your own.
While hotel staff were happy to help with carrying luggage, some guests were inconvenienced by a lack of an elevator. If you aren't travelling lightly, or have mobility issues, keep this in mind.
A few guests noted that those bringing their car might have a problem parking. With six spots for 28 rooms on a first come, first served basis, it wasn't always easy to find a spot to leave the car.
