If you have any disability at all, this isn't the place for you. Apart from the general area being a bit ‘iffy', it's a hilly climb to the B&B and then more stairs to climb (*no lift) once you are inside. This is one of the oldest parts of Lisbon and now combines once great architecture with abysmal housing.
Breakfast is OK but limited and doesn't include eggs. You can have them but at a ‘cracking' price. They must be gold-plated! Other than that, breakfast is impressive, although prepare to be very short-changed on the day you leave!
Rooms are small, even cramped. If it wasn't for the fact that they are beautifully fitted out, you might have a fit yourself.
