Hotel 4R Salou Park Resort I (Salou, Spain)

Guests remarked that the rooms words only presentable but also very clean. In fact, they felt the overall cleanliness of the hotel was worth noting.

Water lovers can find lots to enjoy here. Not only are there great views of the beaches, there's also swimming pools on-site in case you don't want to go to the water’s edge. It's also not far from the town where visitors can visit the shops, such as souvenirs stores, which are nearby.

Most of the visitors said they enjoyed the evening shows at the hotel. According to guests, some are visual (like dancers) while others require understanding the language. Either way, a number of guests said they did enjoy the spectacles.

While some visitors said that they love the staff, others had issues. Some claim they felt they were ignored by the restaurant staff, shunned by the reception desk and had difficulty with non-English speaking staff members. However, it should be noted that the number of people who had issues with the staff seem to be equal to the number of people who had no trouble at all.

Once more, some guests really love the food and couldn't speak more highly of it. Others believe it fell flat. They cited cold buffet items, bland meals or just overall average experiences. Much like the staff interactions, food here seems to be hit or miss for visitors equally.

Guests cited that some amenities you would expect in a four star hotel can’t be found here, such as in-room tea and coffee making facilities, rudeness from wait staff and average Wi-Fi connection.
