The rooms at the hotel have been found to be quite large and spotlessly clean. According to the guests, the rooms featured everything, they required for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The presence of Jacuzzi was an added bonus which allowed the guests to indulge in deep relaxation, leaving them highly delighted.
The entire staff at the hotel has been found to be extremely helpful and friendly. A lot of guests reported that the staff members worked really hard to make their stay enjoyable.

There have been complaints regarding the bathrooms by the swimming pool to be filthy. They smelled horrible, toilet paper, soap and paper towels were missing and the soap dispensers were empty. Moreover, when the guests requested for some clean towels, they were never given to them!!
Some of the guests reported that the utensils in the kitchen were dated and dented. They added, the kitchen lacked the basic thing like- soap, making it impossible for them to wash any utensils/dishes in the dishwasher.
