Guests have been pleased with the level of service they have received when staying at this hotel. However, guests have not been particularly happy with the amount of staff available to assist them. When this hotel finds itself operating at its full or semi-full capacity, the staff members seem overwhelmed and under prepared to handle guest issues.

On several occasions, guests have ordered room service food for in-room dining but have been disappointed with the standard of food received. Reviews suggest that guests will be better off dining at the on-site restaurant or at a nearby restaurant off-site for a better standard of food.

Housekeeping services are offered at this hotel. Guests, however, would have preferred otherwise simply because of how inconvenient the times at which they came to clean the rooms are.
