The grass cutter was used very early in the mornings and on complaining, the management said that the person to do the job was available only at that time. Speakers at the pool side were quite loud and guests wished that it could have been a bit less intrusive.
Many guests found the scent of the cleanser used in the hotel overbearing and very strong. They had to resort to covering their nose and holding their breath every time they walked from the elevator to their rooms.
The Wi-Fi at the hotel was spotty and many guests who had to catch up on their work in their rooms could not connect to it.
