Many of those who stayed here thought the hotel was in a bad condition, with the rooms overall thought to be rather run down in appearance, with wallpaper and decor that apparently did not look its best. Furthermore, guests occasionally mentioned that the furnishings and appliances in their rooms were in need of maintenance, but it is worth noting that renovations to various parts of the hotel appeared to be ongoing at the time of writing.
