The hotel is conveniently located in the vibrant Downtown Portland area from which guests can easily access the numerous exciting and unique neighbourhoods that populate the city. Guests will not be short of dining options as there are numerous culinary options nearby and the same goes for bars and shops. Portland's scenic Japanese Gardens are within walking distance and the Moda Center is within three miles of the hotel's location. The hotel is perfectly located for guests to explore all that Portland has to offer.

The rooms are fairly large, comfortable and fitted with a range of modern amenities that should ensure guests feel at home during their stay. The beds are comfortable, with supportive mattresses and fresh bedding and the housekeeping staff keep the room well-stocked with amenities and ensure that they are spotlessly clean.

All staff members are friendly and accommodating, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make guests feel comfortable upon arrival. They are happy to recommend any local places worth visiting and will respond to any requests or queries guests may have.

Many guests felt that the breakfast was disappointing, citing a limited choice and bland food as reasons they were unsatisfied. However, a large number of guests were happy with the breakfast and enjoyed the food that was provided.

The elevator is rather slow and many guests found this to be an annoyance during their stay.

Some guests found the hotel's changing of the Wi-Fi password on a Monday to be annoying however, very few guests complained about the speed and reliability of the Wi-Fi which appears to be good.
