Guests say that the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Greensboro-East is in a superb location. It is conveniently close to a major highway and within easy reach of many eateries and the downtown.

The rooms were found to be comfortable and quiet by several guests. They enjoy the large beds and the spaciousness of the rooms, which are comfortably furnished with proper lighting and furniture. Guests liked the presence of a desk, table and chair with ottoman in the large rooms.

Guests say that the staff of the hotel is very friendly and nice. The breakfast was appreciated by most of the guests for the choices available. Several guests mentioned that the hotel was generally well maintained and spotless.

The televisions in the rooms do not have a menu bar which many guests find inconvenient. They say they would have otherwise been able to view not just the channel but what was actually on every channel. That way guests feel that they could avoid surfing through all channels.

Guests would have preferred that the hotel had an indoor pool as well. They also think that the fitness room had limited equipment as there were only some free weights, one bike and one treadmill.

Several guests had issues with the noises from appliances like the air conditioner and refrigerator in the rooms which kept them up all night. Some guests said that the fan in their rooms did not work properly. Many rooms especially the ones in the middle of the hotel had floors that made a lot of noise when guests walked on them.
