Guests who prefer a softer mattress report a great night's rest, and many appreciate the wide variety of options at the complimentary breakfast buffet.

Drivers note the hotel is easy to find, directly off I-20. It is also close to Main Street's many shops, including Kohls, Belk, JC Penney, Michaels, and Lowes, as well as many casual and fast food restaurants. Several guests have also found it convenient for visiting the area's popular First Monday trade day on Santa Fe Drive.

The front desk and housekeeping staff have received many rave reviews for their friendly, helpful, and professional customer service. The fresh coffee in the lobby is most welcome, too.

Several non-smoking guests assigned smoking rooms, or even former smoking rooms, were very put off by the odor of stale cigarettes, despite housekeeping's efforts. Others were surprised to find fellow guests smoking in the stairwells..and were subsequently unsurprised to find the third floor hallway also smelling of smoke.

Guests report that the equipment in the fitness room is a bit dated and in need of maintenance or replacement. A few have expressed concerns about the water in the pool and hot tub, too.

Although many have reported an excellent experience at check-in, some have experienced a long wait, despite arriving after the posted check-in time, while others found the staff unresponsive to their requests or concerns.
