There were many comments about the staff doing much more than expected so guests would have pleasant stays. This attitude was especially welcomed when guests had been traveling for long periods of time and were feeling very weary from being on the road.

When staying away from home, slow Wi-Fi connections are common. Fortunately, that's not the case here. Guests were very surprised at the speediness of their Wi-Fi connections, and found it was ideal for helping them access the Internet without hassles.

This property features an indoor saltwater pool, and guests made several comments about how the pool was very well maintained and extremely inviting. Be sure to check out this amenity, especially if you want to stay active in a relaxing way during your stay.

Guests brought up some minor cleanliness issues such as dirty sheets, unmade beds and parts of the bathrooms that needed more attention. Fortunately, although these issues were mentioned repeatedly, they also did not seem like widespread problems. When guests told staff members about the problems, they experienced, the issues were resolved as fully as possible.

Occasionally, guests said their air conditioners didn't seem to be doing a thorough job of keeping the room cool, even when the outside weather was not very hot. Also, some guests mentioned that the units seemed to turn on at times that seemed randomized.

Although guests usually felt their rooms were functional, they often said some upgrades would be nice to make the rooms more pleasing to the eye. The general opinion was that it was obvious the rooms were well used, but guests would still stay again.
