Harris Hotel Kuta Tuban Bali (Kuta, Indonesia)

Great for a quick stop or layover from airport travel. Very clean and a great value for the price. Room service food is delicious and delivery is prompt. The swimming pool is large, leisure facilities are excellent (don't skip the massage) and the outdoor garden area is kept very clean and well-tended. The handy airport shuttles are free round-trip, which is a great touch for travellers. There isn't too much within walking distance, but a quick cab ride reaches most main sights. The breakfast buffet is decent with a fair selection of both hot and cold items.

Rooms are adequate with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Showers are perfect.

The front desk staff is speedy and courteous, while all team members are welcoming and helpful from the shuttle drivers to the breakfast attendants. They'll even escort you to your room at check-in to be sure you find it easily.

Some of the rooms are a bit on the small side and could use a deep cleaning. If you didn't bring your own phone, make sure your room's desk phone is working before you settle in.

Rooms are not soundproof so you may hear an occasional noisy neighbour. Bring your ear plugs.

The Wi-Fi has a weak connection in some parts of the building and often does not work at all. Your best bet is the lobby - or a nearby coffee house.
